"Hup! There he goes again!" - Scooter missing his chance to thank his hero again.
Scooter is a carrot and a local police officer of Bumblyburg that works for the Bumblyburg Police Department. He often listens to "I Can Be Your Friend" from his car radio. He was voiced by Jim Poole in the first, second and fourth films, Tim Hodge was credited for playing Scooter in the third film LarryBoy and the Bad Apple. In the VeggieTales Super Comics Scooter was given a first name, Benson, as seen in the comics LarryBoy and the Prideosaurus and LarryBoy and the Quitter Critter Quad Squad.
Scooter has a small important role in this film, as he signals LarryBoy to save Bumblyburg, because of the fib's attacks. Later, he is seen trying to help Junior's parents deal with the fib capturing Junior on the water tower. At the end, when the Fib disappears, he tries to thank Larry-Boy for helping Junior, only to find that he's disappeared, before departing the scene along with the Asparagus family.
Scooter returns in this film. In his first appearance in the film, Larry-Boy drops the milk money bandit into his police car. At first, he's scared by the sound of the bandit falling through the roof of his car, thinking that another space alien was attacking and had crushed his car again. He's relieved to find it was just the bandit, and thanks Larry-Boy for delivering the thief to him. He appears again when Alfred tries to tell him that Larry-Boy needs help in fighting the Mother Weed. Scooter gets scared when he sees Alfred, thinking he's a robot, and drives off to alert Mayor Blueberry.
He was later thawed, and afterwards arrested Dr. Flurry.

- Scooter is very supportive of LarryBoy's role in defending Bumblyburg. He even has a LarryBoy action figure.
